Return / Exchange policy
return/exchange can only be carried out under this conditions:-

where a wrong size was sent out by any of our agents.

Where a wrong shoe was sent out or wrong item was sent out other than what was requested.

Where a customer is uncertain about her/his size and items are sent in assumptions, where the assumptions are wrong; customer will be absolutely responsible for shipping cost (this may also cost more time to get your items back)

Anything order than what is listed above may appear to not be covered by our policy. Thus no return/ exchange other wise.
