1. Where is your office?

   The mobile shop is strictly an online store, no walk in store, however operations are centered in Port Harcourt in Rivers State, Bayelsa and Lagos State.

2. How long does delivery take?

   Delivery takes 1-3 days depending on customers state of reception.

3. How much does delivery cost?

   Delivery depends on how fast customers want their items; delivery cost starts from #2,000 for inter state Waybill, (This is non- negotiable). Flat delivery regardless on purchases on our website.

4. Are items packaged in boxes ?

   All shoes, slides and sneakers are packaged in boxes.

5. Can items be sent to a private school?

   Yes, delivery to schools attract extra dispatch cost.

6. If I am uncertain about my size, can I return it and what do I need to know?

   Where the size issue is as a result of customer unknowing, shipping cost is carried by the customer wholly.

7. Do you ship outside Nigerian?

   Absolutely! We ship world wide!
